Itinerary

Our service starts with the pick-up of passengers at their respective accommodations from 6:00 to 6:30 a.m. We depart from the town of Chivay heading towards the Cruz del Cóndor. We will pass through the town of Yanque, where we will observe the church, considered one of the most beautiful in the Colca Valley. Additionally, we can take photos with different birds, alpacas, llamas, and enjoy the live Wititi dance.

Upon arriving at the Cruz del Cóndor, we will stay for a reasonable time of 45 minutes to observe the flight of the condor and the depth of the canyon.

OPTIONAL: Hike from the Cruz del Cura to the Cruz del Cóndor or vice versa.

On the way back to Chivay, we will make several stops at different viewpoints, such as:

• Wayrapunku: To see the end of the valley and the beginning of the Colca Canyon.
• Choquetico: We will observe the hanging tombs and the lithic model.
• Antahuilque: We will admire the valley’s terraces and the mysterious lagoons.

In the town of Maca, we will visit the church dedicated to Santa Ana and meet the eagle named Juan el Bueno, who is over 20 years old.

Then we will head to the Chacapi hot springs to relax for approximately 50 minutes. Finally, we will go to the buffet lunch.
